Obnoxious Mandatory Advertising

If there's anything I hate, it's mandatory stuff at the front of a DVD. The FBI notice is bad enough, but this DVD has SEVERAL long ads for other movies on the front, and you can't blitz thru them to get to the DVD menu. Ads on free TV is one thing, but I'm paying for this, I shouldn't have to sit thru an ad.

Just put the DVD in, go make the popcorn and get your favorite slippers and so forth, in about ten minutes you can turn on the TV and the movie will be cued up.

BTW, do you really suppose that the FBI worries about movie pilfering?

Yes, I think the FBI cares, but I doubt their FBI notice prevents those who will pilfer from pilfering. I don't see the point, other than perhaps just to inform the innocent of us to realize how "bad" it is.
