Why not? She's only been stabbed, so holding on like that is easy (I also love how the cop and Charlene are having a conversation outside the hospital while it looks like her mum is dead and holding onto him still haha)

... Oh, then later on he carries Charlene (who got shot with a dart gun) like you're meant to carry an injured lady.
