This felt like 3-4 movies in one + nit picking (spoilers ahoy)

Watching this I got the feeling there were a lot of movies the director wanted to make, but apparently couldn't so he mixed it all together and the result was not all that great in my opinion:

1st movie: This was about children getting kidnapped, and trained to be assassins, while some tried to escape, some died from the trials etc. This would have been a fine first movie, but instead of finishing that, they jumped to

2nd movie: A Battle Royal rip off where, stupidly, nearly all the assassins they spent years and lots of money to train, gets killed of, ending with a martial arts tournament to the death. Again a good movie in itself, if they hadn't jumped to

3rd movie: About lesbian assassins: This was the movie the box art promised, the name suggested but this was a very short sequence as they jumped to

4th movie: A romantic thriller with supernatural overtones (look at the fighting) about a female assassin who falls in love with a law-enforcement agent, then having to fight to survive as her organisation gets killed of by a man out for revenge.

On the whole it felt very messy and busy, while somehow being incomplete. The good things about it was some of the fights and the acting which was decent all around, but then there was all the dumb things, and now I'll start nit picking:

Why assemble so many children just to kill some of them them off right away, instead of seeing what they could become?

How did Madam get the mercs to attack the girls with knifes? Seems much more dangerous for the mercs than if they had used guns.

Why make the girls, kill one other girl each, if the next thing they were supposed to do, were to fight to the death in a ring?

Why waste all the time and money by killing them all but 1-3, when she and the instructors should had known which ones were good enough to be their *top assassin(s)* and then just rent the rest out as hookers/killers to low level crime families and the like, and get your moneys worth?

Why not kill Madam after she got them raped?

Did they all get sent out on the same job every time, or was it a fluke that one was there to save the other in Spain?

Why go after the mother of one of the girls in person, when a sniper rifle would have worked better?

Why didn't the agent have a car? Seems dumb if he was supposed to track down criminals in a strange city - what did he do? Take busses, trains and taxis?

When Madam get caught, it does seem A: out of the blue, B: Dumb that she did not check up on the intended client/mark (could the CIA have caught them all, just by hiring them?) and C: Clear that she had much less skills than her assassins, so why didn't they just kill her for example after she got them raped?

How is the *good guy* supposed to be the *good guy*, when he have sex with a girl, after she tells him that she is poisoned with an aphrodisiac? The last time I checked, a dip in the ocean does not remove toxins from the bloodstream.

The last fight - there was a little *supernatural* about the fight in the mothers house and them being *glass benders* but that thing with her being blind and the CGI water which waves made her feel him as he attacked - that they pulled right out of their asses.

And I'm spent
