Where was the Texas Rose restaurant filmed?

Does anyone know where the exterior and interior scenes of the Texas Rose restaurant where filmed? According to the postcard seen at the end of the film, the address is 151 CURRUMBURRA ROAD LABRADOR QLD AUSTRALIA. But in real life that is just a Ten Pin Bowling Alley and looks nothing like the Texas Rose. You can see the location on Google Maps Streetview. Any ideas?

I think it was the old restaurant next to red rooster in Frank st Labrador (-27.95354, 153.40783). It has been demolished but I could be wrong.

Yeah, definitely on Frank Street. I'd recognise those cows out the front anywhere.
