i'm not an avid dead zone fan, but i'm started to get interested in it. but anyways, i was wondering who is the actress that plays Johnny Smith's girlfriend?

Perhaps you must be referring to Australian actress Sarah Wynter, who also played Kate Warner on 24 during it's second season. So unfortunate that her and Jack's relationship didn't last too long.

If you go to tv.com and search for The Dead Zone it will give you a list of every episode's cast. You should find her name there.
