Austin, Texas Film Festival

I'm going to the premiere in Austin at the Dobie Theater on Friday, October 15 at 9:50 pm. I'm a real estate broker in Austin and am excited that I am in this movie briefly during the opening credit sequence. It's a very unique and creative film with great acting and memorable songs. i was at that screening! did your sign in the film have "austin" on it somewhere. i remember seeing "austin" written on one of the signs so i thought some of it was filmed here, then during the Q&A after the film the director said it was directed somewhere else...still really awesome that you're in it! i liked it a lot!

Yes, I made my web address kind of large in the scene, it's www.LinkToAustin.com. They only shot a couple of short scenes here in Austin. I was sitting right in front of Larry Maddox, who did the Q&A. At the very end of the credits they ran a credit for the Austin REALTORS who took part, but it was easy to miss. I'm glad you liked it, it's really off-beat and I think it will have a cult-like following. --Lainey
