Watching Helen of Troy the second time.
Is it just me or has anybody really liked this movie, but after watching it again didn't find it that good...
shareyeah me too. Usually that happens to everyone because you know already the plot twists, what is going to happen in the next scene, how good or bad is the acting, some particular lines, how looks the special effects, etc.
But if you watches the movie with some years of distance, then you might enjoy it as much as the 1st time.
PS: The previous comment doesn't apply to masterpieces. You can re-watch a masterwork again and again and you will always love it.
Sadly there aren't too many movies out there worth of being called a true "masterpiece".
Yea that is so true as if you were reading my mind!!
I decided that when I like a movie, I won't watch it again so that I will still like it.
And yea sadly there are not many masterpieces.. I can't think of any movies right now that I watched again and again and still like them as the first time I've watched them.
