Policeman made good decision to kill that trash. In my country the criminals have more rights than victims and police, sentences are low , and expense for 1 prisoner is higher than average wage!!! And it isn't some rich country but poor one.

Indeed, the police did a good thing. I have no pity for scumbags like him, in my country you get like 10-20 years for murder and usually can get released earlier for good behavior, so they can kill again.
