I wondered why this film was so awful now i realise it was a TV movie. This movie almost made me sick at itmes. Terrible
shareworst film ever? i hardly think so! it may have had some chessy dialogue and a few cliched scenes but for a movie that premiered on tv i found it quite touching and memorable. when you people want to totally trash something you should at least give some reasons why!

well maybe some cheesy tv writing and a melodramatic storyline but still above average direction, pacing and acting that made it an entertaining and thoughtful family film - i think.

actually scratch that last comment of mine about it being melodramtic. on viewing it again i think the director & writer handled the tragic demise of ryan reynolds character very skillfully and low key.
Also during the scene where Mr. D goes home and some gangstas get in the face of Mr. Warner was horrible. There aren't many black characters in the school (Including children). So where do the black people come in, gangstas.

Yeah movies that teach life lessons really suck............Our society is so stable and perfect we shouldn't even bother with them, we need more gay cowboys and violence.

Well, it wasn't the best film in the world. But it definitely wasn't the worst (Hercules in New York anyone? Though that one is so bad it's good...).

What exactly made you hate this movie so much. Sure some of it was a little cliche, but I liked it. I liked it a lot. The story was great. Maybe if you had just read the script and not seen teh movie, you would have liked it better because the point isn't the actors in it or even what they do. It's waht they say. I liked the movie, but the idea behind everything that went on was the best part.
