Best Ryan Reynolds Film?

I rented this movie out a few days ago not really knowing what to expect. I only got it because I like Ryan Reynolds, and I'd heard from a few people that it was crap, but it was amazing. By the end of the film I was in tears, and I was clutching on the couch cushion in suspense. It was a really touching film, and I'm so glad I saw it, because in my opinion it's the best thing ryan reynolds has ever done. Am I the only one who has this opinion?

i thought it was the most touching thing he has been in as well so far. some of the dialogue was rather lame and had the feel of a bad tv sitcom but the director and cast where all very skilled. i hope he does alot more drama.

He did an ok job, but I think he can do better. Come to think of it I haven't seen him in any good films, I thought Van Wilder was a little funny, but that was only because of him. Blade Trinity and this piece of *beep* sucked so bad I barely bothered to watch the whole thing.

I don't think this required much effort from Ryan Reynolds. His lines were well written but anyone could have uttered them.

He's done a lot of better movies with real acting but my fav film of his is Waiting http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0348333/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_31.

I have favorites in several genres.
Comedies: "Just Friends"
Action: "Blade-Trinity" (He was the best part of that trash by far)
Horror: "The Amityville Horror"
