I saw the trailer some days ago on the Internet... Seems funny, even if the story is quite strange. But actors seem to take pleasure... I was looking at this movie since some months, but now that's Marie's dead, this movie will take another dimension... And first ratings are quite positive (scarce thing for a movie featuring C. Lambert...)

Did anyone saw it at the premiere in Montréal ? Or in another place ? What did you think of it (no spoilers please...) ?

Just saw the movie and it was excellent. Touching and very creative.

A superb film.

The final shot of Marie as Janis Joplin against a brilliant blue sky, a tribute from the director (her ex husband) made me tearful.

if you havet see it yet,you should!!its a brilliant movie.both funny and serious....i loved the story as well,as ridiculous as it may be..
and i watched it on tv,in this weird channel called "SBS" at 12:00 at night.:D
