Hello, I'm in Chicago, USA and I can't seem to find this movie anywhere and it's not available on Amazon... I really want to see it, does anyone know of a website I can get it from?

I got my copy from the Netherlands extenstion of www.bol.com or www.azur.be. The only downside to purchasing the DVD from these sites is that it is Region 2 which means you will either need a multi-region DVD player or you will need to have the DVD converted. The bol.com site is in Dutch so you will need a translator (try http://world.altavista.com/ and don't forget to select the language "Dutch to English". It's not perfect, but you will get the gist of what it says) It took them a while to reconcile my U.S. address and ship the DVD but the customer service was excellent and they speak English if you need to correspond with them.
