A Region 0 edition of the John Hannah version is availible on Ebay, I bought it and it plays fine here.

Well, the guy selling the Region 0 ones seems to have vanished. =/
But if you live in Europe or Australia, or have a region free player, the DVD occasionally pops up on ebay in Region 2 & 4 formats.

It's a region 1 & 4 release. Which means it's compatible in the U.S.
