Is it safe to say that the game's "villains" are the mean Phyllis, the annoying Mr. Resetti, and the horrible Jane?

Nope. Sorry! They're just annoying characters! There are no real "villains" in Animal Crossing. Just characters you like and don't like!

Oh I know, but I consider them the most villainous of all the characters. And the stalker Train cat.
