no. yukari is pretty hot, but sakaki still takes the lead.

Not really. I watch in EngDub (as I type I`ve only final ep. to go *sob*), & an enraged Luci Christian (see also Kaname Chidori in FullMetalPanic! & FMP?:fumoffu ) is incredibly funny, 1 of the things most people look for in an opposite number - although I suspect Yukari`d be pretty 'high-maintenance'!
