Aoi Sakuraba (Ai yori aoshi), Sasami (Tenchi Muyo), and Shinobu Maehara (Love Hina). All three are kind hearted, rather mild tempered, blue haired girls who like to cook a lot. I don't think it a coincedence, but is having blue hair mean that you like to cook in Japanese culture? Am I imagining a connection?

You might also add Midori from Midori days but her hair is green, not blue. But just like aoi and shinobu, she also cooks well and a very good heart.
p.s. - Portuguese and Spanish are not the same language.
Here's another sweet blue haired girl from another anime series. Sakura from Sakura Wars but the problem is she can't cook unlike Aoi and Shinobu. She just swinging her kendo sword but she's calm and sweet.
