Subtitles on U.S. DVD?

Does anyone know if the DVD available from Netflix in U.S. has subtitles or closed captions available. I generally watch even American movies with subtitles, and have more trouble with British accents.

Not as far as I can tell. The top-level menu is just the episode selection, no setup menu at all.

The two main characters speak pretty clearly, though, especially Clunes.
