Best to Worst

Of course, "worst" being a relative term, it doesn't mean anything appraoching "bad" in this context. Anyway, my list:

1. Tellyscope
2. Snowmanotron
3. Bully Proof Vest
4. Christmas Cardomatic
5. Snoozatron
6. Autochef
7. 525 Crackervac
8. Soccamatic
9. Turbo Diner
10. Shopper 13

Any differing opinions welcome!

1. Shopper 13: The premise is ridiculous but it's extremely funny! The Apollo 13 references are great, and the whole stupidity of it makes it good fun.

2. Tellyscope: A classic example of Wallace's extreme laziness; it also featured "When Penguins Turn!" and "The Cheese Files"!

3. Snoozatron: The punchline is predictable but it's still funny, and filled with some nice references (like the Gromit-and-gramophone picture).

4. Turbo Diner: Maybe I'm just stupid, but I really wasn't expecting the punchline for this one; the short itself isn't too funny, but the ending is!

5. Snowmanotron: I found this to be pretty amusing, and it has an unexpected twist at the end, but the awful punchline from Wallace let it down.

6. Autochef: While this is a good concept, it annoys me for some reason... I can't explain why. Wallace's punchline is pretty funny after the chaos, though.

7. Bully-Proof Vest: This has an unexpected twist to the tale, but it didn't interest me too much. It was an interesting idea though.

8. Soccamatic: The increasing stupidity of the "training" is pretty funny to watch, although the joke gets old pretty fast.

9. 525 Crackervac: I found this one more silly than funny, although I suppose it's okay.

10. Christmas Cardomatic: The worst one of all, it only had one gag in it, and even then, it wasn't really funny.

OK, my go...

1. Snowmanatron- a perfect little short followed by a joke that's purely for lovers of cheese. Such as me.

2. Snoozatron- oh the depths Gromit must sink to for his master. Cute though, ain't he?

3. Christmascardomatic- a biting satire on the artificiality of Xmas? Probably not but nice irony and it's always good seeing Gromit being cheeky.

4.Autochef- love that retro design. Loved watching it go mad. Wallace really doesn't think through the details of his inventions though does he?

5. Tellyscope- great example of the convolutedness of the contraptions (although I don't really buy it working, even "remotely"- heh heh). When Penguins Turns! Love it!

6. Soccamatic- go Gromit! But I'm not sure Wallace understands the purpose of some of these contraptions.

7. Bully Proof Vest- clever title, good for a change of pace too but only a couple of chuckles.

8. Crackervac- Ooh, a bit of horror and a showdown. Great but not the funniest.

9. Turbodiner- Oh, I hate to see all that food go to waste. The invention must be one of the dumbest too for reasons that are all too obvious. I suppose the restraints were meant for safety reasons

10. Shopper 13- One of the most adventurous, great dramatic music too. I found the jokes a bit more clever than funny. Has to be bottom of the list though simply because I can't accept Wallace and Gromit as shoplifters.
