Drugs in Antwerp?

This movie was on tv, I wasn't really watching it but then I heard them talking about Antwerp (I study there)
They said that in Antwerp, you can buy softdrugs in coffeeshops and I was like WTF?!
This is absolutely untrue, they should inform themselves better before making their characters say such things...
