If You Skip This Flick, You Will Not Be Missing Much

This was a very dissappointing and unrealistic film with characters that were horribly developed. The frenchman (while creepy) atleast had redeeming qualities: charm, above average good looks, and seemed to genuinely like the girl. Raja is a rather unattractive Moroccan girl. One with such a low-self esteem as to prostitute herself and then give the money to her equally unattractive boyfriend. In the end, they both used each other to some degree and both are very foolish. I still wonder about the point of this film? The lowlife boyfriend gets the money and Raja and the frenchman are miserable. But it wasn't a total waste of 2 hours... the housekeepers were a joy to watch.

I like Pascal Gergory as an actor, having seen him in many French Films but I didn't see chemistry beteen the maybe lovers. She was so unfemminine. He was like a stupid man.

Man, I saw this movie last night, and I JUST turned it off at the last 20 minutes. I could NOT do it anymore...I love foreign films, and this one was really not doing much for me. :)
