Beautiful score

I was only able to leave the tv on because of the beautiful music---it didn't fit the film but made it bearable. The opening scenery was also great. The acting is so bad you can kind of make it funny. Would have been great for MST3K. If only that was still around!

I liked the film a lot more than you did. It's a low-budget Bigfoot film, you can't expect "Jurassic Park" quality (not that I'm a fan of JP).

I especially like the characters. They were all likable. Hence, you care what happens to them. I felt the acting and dialogue was realistic.

The blond and brunette were incredibly beautiful. In particular the blond during the shower scene.

Anyway, about the music: You're right. I loved it. One part of the score I could tell the composer borrowed from the original "Planet of the Apes." The score over the end credits was surprising and beautiful (as you say) -- a pleasant and moving classical piece.

Am I too late? Yes more effort was put in the score to give it spice and variety at the right times than most films.
But unfortunately I think the meat -oe vegetable - was stolen from the likes of Arron Copeland's Appalachian Spring or similar, of the expansive wide open country feeling.
