Why does Channel Five (UK) keep showing this crap?

Its god awful. I know it was a tv movie, but still...horrendous. I wouldnt mind giving that Grace Lynn Kung some loving, though. But yeah, her acting is attrocious (as is the rest of the cast...including one of the lesser Baldwins).
