Accents?

What did people think of the accents?

Because I'm English, and apart from Cate (albeit an English-Scottish blend), Bruno and the Director's mother, the English accents were pretty poor, even things like UNITY's headquarters, things like the use of the words "elevator" and "vacation", neither of which would be used in England, especially in the 60's, we'd have "lift" and "holiday".

I noticed the periodic table of the elements was the modern one too, not the 60's version.

But as I noticed this with the English accents (and Magnus' hilarious Scottish accent), did anyone find the Indian or Russian accents good or poor?

Oh also, the announcer in UNITY HQ saying that mimes have intruded was very good, she sounded very calm and unimpressed as if it happens all the time heh.

The accents are part of the whole spy movie spoof of the game. Obviously made in the US but set in England/Europe.

Yeah, I played through NOLF2 at the weekend again and that was one of the more memorable lines :). The thing is, in a universe like the one the NOLF games inhabit it probably _does_ happen all the time :).

I LOVED the mime's accents!
