Out of the three you mentioned, I'd say only Jason Statham fits the bill. He looks like 47 in the beginning of "The Transporter", so he could pull it off. But I don't think he'd be my first choice.

How about Christian Berkel who plays a doctor in "Der Untergang". Of course he would have to be able to speak english without german accent.

47 isn't that big to begin with. He just dresses smart plus he relies on firearms and fibre wire to do most of his killings. He's not frail but no muscleman either.
Fundamentally, 47 is like a bald James Bond. Seriously, playing this game felt the closest like being in a Bond movie!
