Does the following prison still exist?

I heard about this place in North Korea called Camp 22 which is supposed to be the worst prison in the world. Political prisoners and their families are sent there for life. Inmates have to work from 5 am-8 pm with very little food, and are also subject to extreme punishments, experimentation and even death. It was a very difficult read, but is this prison closed now?

It makes me sick knowing that there are people who are capable of this type of madness, even to prisoners.
