Watched this again, and something just occurred to me...

Unless I'm mistaken, the man who raped Kyle's wife, and Kyle subsequently murdered, was part of the Russian Mafia too right? If so, seems odd to me that since even Malakai knew what Kyle did, that Andrei and his men (mafia members) didn't seem to know who Kyle was until he started fighting. I'm surprised they didn't have him marked for death shortly after Kyle entered the prison if he had murdered one of the mafia soldiers.
