Man I have overlooked IN HELL for years thinking its another crappy dtv actioner and holy hell was I wrong. Ringo Lam delivers the goods with all the brutal fight scenes one after another! Not to mention he got another good acting job from JCVD. why didn't this go to theaters?

I give it an 8 but if this movie cost 17 million I'm Santa Claus.Probably 7 million

This was shot in BULGARIA, over a decade ago! NO WAY did it cost anywhere near 10 million dollars. Good movie though it is, it was probably made for less than $5 million.
