It's the same principle as "Kingdom in Twilight", which was eventually released in the US as "Dark Kingdom: The Dragon King".
IMDB tends to put up data based on the original name of the movie, which, if the movie is filmed/released outside the US first, may be different from what the final US title winds up being.
Obviously, in development and for South African/European release, this one was probably called "Beauty and the Beast", which would then be the name it went up under. But for US release, they decided that "Blood of Beasts" worked better as a title, and it was released under the alternate name.
In general, take a look at the "Also Known As" sections for most movies - you'll see different variations of the title more often than you'd expect.
