Can somone please explain the ending to me? Why was the guy sitting there masturbatig watching the tape, and who was that guy that came to the door?

What was all that suposed to mean.

Remeber that the guy was asking for "Mistress Alexandra", implying that not only was she making money as a prostitute, but she specialized in being a dominatrix, further showing how she felt powerless in the marriage and used this activity not only as a way to make money but as a way to empower herself.
