Some Crazy Things in it

The factor is that Mason admitted that his father was a tough guy and before he divoreced his birth Mom, he was very mean to her at times but however he was doing the same with his new Step Mom Lana also. Sure a young man or boy is allowed to love their Step Mom but not in any kind of sexual way. Plus she did want to fix him up with her friend Nicole and when Holden and Lana went to that motel room his Dad was found murdered but I don't want to say whom the murderer was because that would give something away for many that didn't see it yet. But the point is a births fathers son can be happy to have a new Mom to love and hug and kiss but not on the lips and not in getting ready to have sex but they can spend time together or go places together only in a mother son relationship type way and thats it.

Is that your moral lesson jughead ? Kinda falls short don't you think ? I mean everyone already knows that - well - adultery for one, and sex outside of marraige is frowned upon. On the downside of humor, you failed to mention the old propensity for dynasties "keeping it in the family".

But let's get real. The rich Father had divorced already, that's a strike against him. Second, he took a hot young bride "falling hard".
The son wasn't any better, taking what his concerned and helpful Dad had bagged, when he could have taken his pick of the town, being a Harvard guy. So, not only did he betray his Dad, he aided and abetted adultery.

This simpleton ideation that Stepmoms are off sexual limits is, the least of matters.

This movie falls into the hate the white rich man category, a common one amongst the lib crowd nowadays.

The rich white Dad was in fact a great a guy, though, despite the raging of the brat frat boy, or the lust of the new trophy wife. The whine that he didn't take care of the first sick wife is juvenile and not much for understanding. He offered his son everything, an education, the family business, honesty about his new wife, healthy competition, and discipline when it came to respect, like the car and follow on basketball incident.

A really good Dad, but it's everything the rebelious, ignorant, never wiling to grow up, drug addled, traitorous post modern fools hate about the USA.

LOL - A typical modern movie, where up is down and black is white.

That dad was quite the saint considering that his behaviour towards women left much to be desired. I guess that that is just the type that conservatives like though.
