it is out on video for rental now...

i rented it recently... i was a bit disappointed...

and i agree with the person who said there are many plot holes that don't seem to make sense...

does anyone know any movies of similar theme to Wicked Minds??? I am doing a project for class on stepmother/son intimacy in film and literature and so far this is all I could find.

Spanking the Monkey with Jeremy Davies comes to mind as a look at incestuous mother/son intimacy.

In literature, Don Imus's 'God's Other Son' is a hysterical book based on the psychological damage imposed from a stepmother/son relationship.

I saw it on a local WB affiliate. You never know when it will show up. Angie Everhart is a beautiful woman, but every scene with her was painful to watch. I don't know if it was the directing, editing or her acting but every line she said seem very awkward. I haven't seen her in anything else so I won't make any judgements about her acting skills in general.

It is currently running on MoviePix in Canada and likely originally ran on The Movie Network when the movie was first released.
