So, the actor who played the fat kid was wearing a fat suit? Because in his profile, he is way skinnier. Oh, and also can someone tell me why the boy who's brother died owed the boy with the glasses $46?

well in the book, he owed him 46 bucks because like of all the time toby lent him money.
