Need some help with the dialogue

I'm from Germany and was watching the DVD (english, never was published in Germany). The DVD got no subtitles.

So there's a scene and I can't understand the dialogue. Maybe somebody can help me.

Scene: At 9:00, when Tara (the little girl) wets herself in Beaver's trailer.

Beaver: Do I smell pee?! <SOMETHING SOMETHING> just pee in here? Get her outta here!

Toby (When they arrive at home): Here, you're home, go change!

Tara: <SOMETHING SOMETHING>

Can somebody tell me what those guys are saying?

Tara: He was so fat!

I know there was Scarlett, but her sister Tara gave off a Dakota/Elle Fanning vibe.

Also, why are you guys complaining about George Little from the Stuart Little universe falls in love with a southern belle known as Scarlett? It's meant to be cute.
