Is that Universal monsters Avenger-style plan still on?
Each monster will a solo film, then all brought together.

As far as I know it still is. They did Dracula Untold, and are making The Mummy with Tom Cruise (gonna have to skip that one).

Dracula Untold might not even be part of it. Something that I was reading recently about the Universal Combined Monster Universe didnt even mention that movie.
shareI just hope they make them more serious movies than Van Helsing was. I like Van Helsing, but I don't think I can handle a whole series of movies like it.
shareThanks for the info. I just looked up Universal Monsters on Wiki and it didn't mention Dracula Untold either.
Like you, I hope they don't make them in the mode of Van Helsing, that one was just too much of everything, scenery chewers, special effects and impossible escapes. Just too much.
