Help with a line in the movie

I need help with a line in the movie. I am not sure how to spell the word, I assume it is Italian. The part where they say...Looks like he has the gagarells..and then another character says....I think I've got the gagarells. I know I am probably spelling it wrong...but if anyone has a clue could you please let me know? I am helping a friend who loves this movie.Thanks
