Maria Rohm returns

It was a pleasant surprise to see Maria Rohm as an associate producer on this. The former actress had appeared in the two Sumuru films made in the 1960s (one of which, GIRL FROM RIO, was directed by Jess Franco, who also directed Rohm in two other Sax Rohmer-inspired films, BLOOD OF FU MANCHU and CASTLE OF FU MANCHU, among other genre efforts.)
