Where did the dialogue come from?

I just read One of a Kind: The Rise and Fall of Stuey ',The Kid', Ungar, The World's Greatest Poker Player and it was a great read. I knew all of the Stuey quotes were actually from him.
This movie gives Stuey a voice, but I don't think they are actually HIS words.

It came from some toilet paper that was stuck in the writer's a$$. Then the director accidentally got it stuck to his shoe and so a movie was made. Total POS.
