YOWIE, THE ENDING WAS BAD!!!!!! WHO AGREES?

The ending of Spy Kids 3 was quite possibly the worst ending to a movie that i have EVER seen. It makes no sense at all; the acting was below pathetic, the writing was bogus, the special effects were laughable, and finally there were absolutely no stakes at all. Nothing worth getting all paranoid about the "end of the world" happened. It was just a desperate attempt to include everybody in the daddanged family, because Robert Rodriguez, the professing film director, caught himself excluding the family from a Spy Kids movie. So he can't ruin his message by not including the rest of the stupid Cortez family in his idiotic Gameboy/Mexico homage. Oh no, he has to make a fool out of himself by doing his best to have a "satisfying" end to the "movie" by giving everyone else cameos. The bottom line is: Robert Rodriguez DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING MAKING KIDS MOVIES!

Does anybody agree?

The girl that played in the movie, Alexa Vega I think her name is, has a good career in front of her. Her and Rodriguez need to run as far away and as fast as they can from this series if they want any chance to be taken halfway serisouly. (sorry for the mispellings)

Chain no ending is worse then the Mr Nanny ending

not true. He knows how to make a kids movie KIDS like. KIDS! For adults its just a 90min saturday morning cartoon. silly, kinda cute, but mostly inane.

hmm, my KIDS enjoyed the movie and are entertained by it. They watch the DVD constantly...so I guess it's mission accomplished! So, he obviously knows what he's doing.

I liked the other Spy Kids movies. What was stupid about this was that everyone comes together at the end with this "TO FAMILY" crap, and I was laughing my head off at how mother *beep* stupid it was!

reply

Hello all! I actually liked the end of the movie, it was very nice, and I think children would learn a valuable lesson from it, my children said they loved the movie, but the only things that I disliked about the movie, the bad visiual affects, not in the game, but when the uncle or father flies, it is seriously poor cgi, and I also disliked how the girl, demitria, was left with the monster, I felt sad for her, they should made it a bit happier, and also in the biggining of the movie, that wierdo girl who flied with her hair, I mean come on! it is so ridiculous, and also i didn't understand wich one the boy likes, demitria or the hair flying girl, but I must admit, the plot of the movie was the best plot I've ever heard of, the acting was great, the humour was great, and the 3d was great too, anyone agrees?

In my HONEST opinion, this is the WORST Spy Kids of the 3, but I actually LOVED the ending moreso then the 70+ minutes before the end...all the cameos alone made it worth sitting through this movie...Antonio Banderas, the beautiful Carla Gugino, Cheech Marin, Danny Trejo, Alan Cumming, Tony Shalhoub (not to mention the robot kids from the 1st movie), Steve Buscemi, the HILARIOUS Bill Paxton (Loved his over the top redneck theme park owner...only Bill can pull that off), and last but not least George friggin' Clooney!...the whole "to family.." thing was also touching since the movies are officially over now...good ending to the series...but in all honesty, don't care to revisit the meat of the movie that preceeded it.
