The Best Christmas Story Ever

It's a true story I read about years ago and was deeply impressed with the 'truce' that Christmas brought between enemy soldiers during World War II. The boy who witnessed it all told the story for decades afterwards until he eventually got to be reunited with one of the American G.I.'s who had been there. I never found out that it had been already made into a movie until recently. I sure would like to see it whenever I get the chance.
