I was watching an older movie, and saw a trailer for this. From the trailer it looked like it was worth watching. But trailers are very often misleading. Is this a movie worth watching? No spoilers please, because I obviously haven't seen it.
shareIf you don't mind a movie without a lot of exterior action, with a focus more on what's going on internally with the characters, and you've had at least some experience with relationships beyond the superficial, I think you will appreciate it. I loved it - Jason Schwartzman's performance is delightful and funny. Clare Danes is astounding. The story is worthwhile and it manages to avoid most of the cliches. Definitely give it a shot.

shareVery much so. It's a beautiful film, similar in a lot of ways to Lost in Translation - two of my favorites.
shareIt's more than a bit ridiculous responding to a question from 8 years ago, but I would say DEFINITELY YES. It's a beautiful film and Claire Danes is irresistible. It's bittersweet and very human, one to watch if you perhaps want to see something other than a clichéd hero fighting a clichéd villain in another clichéd superhero film.
