[1. how did salieri and morello fall out?

{2. what ranks in the mafia were ralph,luigi and vincenzo?

i don't know about the two last questions but i think i got the answers for the two first...

1)Tommy killed Morello when he shot down the plane just after killing Morellos brother Sergio.....at the next mission he kills the politician that is running for mayor. So I think Salieri won that battle...
2)Don't know about Ralph & Vincenzo but Luigi wasn't really in the mafia. He was just the bartender at the bar.

oh hey dude, there were only two families in lost heaven, morellos and salieris.
