Yeah, Scorcese would have to direct it maybe get all the gangster greats in there somewhere, I always saw Paulie as being played by Joe Pesci like in Goodfellas

If there was a movie that follows the game's story, would it still be called Mafia or something else because Mafia is also the name of a satire that makes fun of gangster movies. Just imagine Goodfellas being called Mafia instead, that's kinda how it would be like but a game called that is different. So if it were a movie what would your ideas be for the title.

It could be called "Lost Heaven", and due to the fact that many video games are being made into movies, I could see it happening someday. If they can make Max Payne into a movie, then I can't see a reason why Mafia couldn't be made into a movie.
