Makes me appreciate my parents

I'm watching the movie right now and feel so bad for the girl, her mom has multiple addiction issues and her dad is just aloof about everything. While I was living with my parents they would had given up their fingers to have me feel comfortable. Like this summer we all went on a road trip to disneyland, it took my dad about three years to save up money for the whole trip. he could had just used that money for his own wants, but instead thought of my brother, sisters, and me.

Thanks, Alonzo. It's niuce to see somebody appreciating the efforts of their parents, and being grateful that they don't face the challenges that the children of addict parents do.
