The actress in the blue vest

In the scene where Danny sits in the chair with balloons attached to it there is a woman in the crowd with long dark curly and is wearing a blueish vest.Does anybody know the name of the actress who plays her?I haven't actually watched the entire movie so I don't know the names of all the characters.
