Questions

I really enjoyed this, unfortunately like most non Russian speakers I suffered from the poor subtitles.

I had some questions, hopefully the Russians on this board can answer

1. I assume the guy in the opening credits who stands up and salutes the flag is supposed to be FSB or something. When we first see him and after they make a point of showing us a picture of a person on the wall in his office. Is that Dzerzhinsky?

2. Who's the long haired guy Sasha drives off with after the shoot-out in the last episode?

3. What is written on the note that Sasha stuffs into the guy's mouth in the final shoot-out
