Hey guys can anyone tell me what Max meant with that writing on the wall of the hospital. It says "Zhri Tvar'" but I didn't think that Max actually hated Belov I thought he was just hired by Volodya. I dunno maybe they just cut some part out cuz it seems kinda weird. I actually thought he regretted killing him because at the end he seemed like he was having a psycological breakdown.

Yes, Max was indeed hired by Volodya Kaverin. Can u imagine him working undercover for 7 years, hiding his true mission? He was supposed to take care of Sasha's (the MAN who he would have to kill) child and wife, to be his bodyguard, to behave in appropriate way and so on. Let's put it simply - it was damn hard! During all those years it was naturally that Max started to hate Sasha. I now it's sounds strange, but I kindna DO pity Max as well as Phil, Pchela and Kos.
"Zhri Tvar" is the same as "take this u son of a ****". ^_^
FWIW I thought Maks was just trying to say something hateful and tough to Belov because he knew he was about to kill him and there was nothing he could do about it…but according to another poster there's reasons ("in the books") about why, so who knows.
shareThe series is only half the story. In the books there is a lot more about what happened in the past and what happens next. There are 4 or 6 books, and the series is based on only 2 or 3. A friend of mine has read all of them and said that in the books it's said why Max hates Sasha so much... They have a history not shown in the movies, but my friend didn't tell me everything and since I haven't read the books I can't tell you what it is. But I'll ask and come back to you later.

I've read all the seven books fro Brigada and there is explained that if Max didn't killed Fill, Bee, and Kosmos some terorists, who had been seeked him long time ago and Volodia had saved him, will be informed by Kverin where he is and will skin him alive. He was so upsad because he didn't what to do it but he was so afraid about his life too.
