oh man i cant believe theyre making a mockumentary about cheesey 80's action movies. i dont think there is any other genre out there that needs to be parodied more.

Is there a trailer for this movie out yet? I need a good laugh and just reading about this project put a big old smile on my face... I really hope they use the full potential of this concept coz it might turn out to be hilarious!

Unless it's by Christopher Guest, it will most likely suck. Go to Alan Smithee for example.

Have a little faith in Brad Martin. He is smart, talented, and an experienced director. He has a great cast. From what I saw in the behind the scenes films from Underword, he is hilarious and has a great sense of humor. If anyone can pull this off, he can.

This is Spinal tap wasn't a Christopher Guest film. True, he was in it, but still.

And Grunt : The Wrestling Movie was really good too.

I helped do the sound on this film in post production and have seen the entire cut. My company also did Old School and I have to say this made me laugh equally if not more. They cover all the possible cliches perfectly and mock so many different types of film using hilarious montages and great acting. This movie seriously rocks!

I watched it at Slamdance, and the movie is awful. It's not funny. Not at all. The premise is great, but the execution is just horrible. It's too bad, this could have been a funny movie.

Saw this at Slamdance 2005 and my friends and I thought it was great if you like to laugh and you don't mind the mockumetry style filming you'll love this. Also the guys doing the film are great can't wait to see it again or get my hands on a copy.
