Why is this movie called Birth, and not Rebirth?
What was the point of the actual Sean's narration in the beginning of the movie?
Why did he collapse when Anna told him never to bother her again?
Why did he climb all the way up that tree?

Honestly, I don't think we'll ever know whether he really was Sean or not. But even if he was, they could never be together..

Because it´s not about REbirth, it´s about Birth.

To add confusion or doubt about what was really going to happen.

To add drama.

Because he is a very disturbed little boy.
