This movie is brilliant,as good as "Once upon a time in Mexico", filmed shortly before and in the same region, was utterly bad. Kudos to Antonio for his convincing Mexican accent too.

Well he was born in Spain, so it was not such a reach.

Banderas was phenomenal in this film! He is a great actor and a very handsome man! I loved the film, the acting, direction, etc.

There's a difference between Spanish and Mexican accents. Banderas is Spanish. He did a great job in this one.
