Did you notice in the Rugrats Episode-"The Trial," when Angelica "REVEALS" herself, Didi Goes "We heard The Whole Thing. . . "

IF THEY HEARD THE WHOLE FRICKIN' THING, THEN DIDN'T THEY HEAR THE FRICKIN' BABIES TALKIN'!!!!?

reply

She mean't We heard you say it

I've always wondered the same thing, but my best guess is it's like Toy Story and how they are sworn never to talk or something.

Its a cartoon, nonsense is to be expected.

I've loved The Rugrats since it started in 1991. The reason why Angelica can talk to both the grown ups and babies is because she is at the age(she's 3) when you can talk baby talk and regular talk.

*All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players.*

The thing is Angelica is only 2 years older than the babies and she can understand baby talk because she's kinda close to there age.

IDK.
